USC Consulting Group Adds Hybrid Technology Expert
Tampa, FL, (PRWEB) February 29, 2008 -- USC Consulting Group, LLC, (USCCG) has added technology veteran Daniel A. Buttrey, 48, to its business development team. He will be responsible for hybrid technology business development and delivery.
Mr. Buttrey has more than 27 years of technology experience with such firms as Cap Gemini, EDS, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Microsoft, and Oracle. His expertise includes outsourcing operations, reengineering, sales management, and program management. He has worked in the automotive, financial services, health care, high tech, and manufacturing industries.

Most recently, Mr. Buttrey provided information technology subject matter expertise to the financial investment community for Gerson Lehrman and was service executive with Microsoft Federal, where he was responsible for such clients as the Department of Education, Northrop Grumman, and NASA. Earlier he served as a contract COO with Catalyst IT Services, the largest U.S. alternative to offshore outsourcing, and worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation, a leading provider of global IT and business process outsourcing services, as a contract change agent.
Mr. Buttrey began his career with Hewlett Packard as a project leader and, later, as product marketer. He spent five years at EDS as a senior manager and five years at Cap Gemini as a practice executive before moving to IBM's supply chain practice.
He holds a BA degree in business administration from Northwood University, Midland, MI. He resides in Matthews, NC.
