Element Customer Care Inks Contract To Support DIRECPATH Data Products

Durham, N.C. (PRWEB) April 29, 2008 -- Element Customer Care (http://elementcare.com) today announced that it has secured a contract to support all DIRECPATH data products including internet and voice. Element provides billing services, tech support and a customer service call center for cable, broadband and telecommunications operators using CSG Systems software solutions. Previously, Element provided customer service and CSG billing call center support (http://www.elementcare.com/csg-billing-services.html) for DIRECPATH while they outsourced data support to multiple providers.

Element will work in conjunction with Integrated BroadBand Services, LLC (IBBS) who was selected to handle monitoring software and device provisioning for DIRECPATH. With DIRECPATH's decision to convert all properties onto an IBBS platform, Element's technical service (http://www.elementcare.com/tech-support.html) engineers will be able to successfully use IBBS software as well as its own ticketing system to provide quality tech support and to guarantee a consistent customer service.

"DIRECTPATH is constantly looking for ways to provide the best possible service for our subscribers. The decision to go with IBBS software and Element's customer service and tech support is another example of our willingness to invest in the best possible customer service experience," said Henry Peraza, Chief Operating Officer, DIRECPATH. "We are certain this new partnership will greatly enhance our end users' experience."

"This service contract allows our more than 42,000 DIRECPATH subscribers to call a single number to have their needs met whether the issue is one for billing services, customer service or technical support," said Peraza.

DIRECPATH offers a wide range of options for its subscribers. Television options include digital channels as competitive analog packages. High-speed broadband service is via cable modem or fiber and digital telephone service is also available. DIRECPATH offers residents savings in the form of "technology bundles" with satellite TV, broadband and voice.

"Element is proud to be asked to expand the current services we provide DIRECPATH," said Matt Zemon, President, Element Customer Care. "This opportunity gives us the ability to help our client better meet increasing customer service demands by creating continuity in care to DIRECPATH's subscribers. By being the provider for both customer service and technical support, DIRECPATH realizes an economy of scale and Element can pass the related savings back to DIRECPATH."
