Active Data Exchange Extends Interactive Marketing Functionality With New Online Event Registration Module

Bethlehem, PA (PRWEB) June 18, 2008 -- Active Data Exchange announces the release of its Advanced Registration Module, the newest add-on module to the Active Data Calendar Product Suite, this summer 2008. Administrators can easily set up registration forms specific to different events and also offer online payments through PayPal or Google Checkout. This new product greatly enhances the web marketing functionality of Active Data Calendar by extending its interactive marketing capabilities with an easy to use registration management system.

With the Advanced Registration Module, registration form templates can then be customized with specific text, fields, workflow/approval settings, and email notifications. Additional information such as meal preferences, special needs, demographic data, and other information can be gathered for each registrant and then easily downloaded into an Excel, or .csv file. Registrants can be automatically approved, or require approval by an Active Data Calendar administrator.

One of the main benefits is the reduction in time and cost associated with paper registration forms and processes. "Our clients tell us that they are now able to eliminate data entry work and can now empower registrants to update and maintain their own information for events" Susan Yee, CEO.

The solution provides the ability to easily communicate to all stakeholders if an event is changed, cancelled, or rescheduled by emailing updates and confirmations automatically, keeping everyone informed. With this product, administrators can create marketing lists of past event attendees for email broadcasts or direct mailings to encourage registration for similar or related future events.
